5 February sermon – Proverbs – Practical Wisdom: How to Use Your Mouth

We live in a world where we’re told that everyone’s opinion is equally valid, so we have social media where every opinion – regardless of how ill-informed it is – it considered right.  Every mind is wide open, every soul is gullible, and every mouth utters whatever vile thing passes through the mind.  For the people of God, it is not meant to be so.  Here’s how we can overcome these problems and use our mouths for God’s glory, for others’ edification, and to share the gospel. Here is my sermon on these things from Proverbs 5:1-3; 10:13, 10:19, 10:32; 13:3; 17:27-28;James 1:19 and 3:5-6

God bless, Pastor Haydn.

Si tacuisses, philosophus mansisses – “I’ve you’d kept your mouth shut, we would have thought you were clever.
