In Exodus 3, God suddenly calls His man, Moses, through a burning bush to help rescue Israel from the bondage of Egypt, the single greatest act of divine salvation before the days of Jesus Christ. It is the same God as the one who personally dealt with Abraham, Jacob, and Isaac, which means He will also be faithful in keeping His promises to Moses and Israel. God here lays out to Moses the details of His salvation, which gives us hope that God too will also be good in delivering His bride, the church, from the evils of Satan. Here is my sermon on this from Exodus 3 (all) (c.f. John 10:11-18).
God bless, Pastor Haydn.
